"What We Stand For"


When BP took over ARCO, there are some issues that need to be communicated clearly as to what BP as worldwide company stands for in doing its operation world wide. It's crucial to develop cooperation among employees, creating understanding toward the management and thus minimize fatality that might happened in the operational side. The 15 minutes exclusive video was made with a dramatic storyline that follows different person, different action which resulted in different result. It taught staffs and management to acknowledge which is right and wrong as well as the worst case scenario that might happened if the rules were violated. Xstream® hired different actresses, actors and BP own employees to finish the 5 days shooting . The video was a great success and become a standard training video in many other country where BP operates.
